Is it OK to leave sprouts in water overnight?
e.g. if I prepare the sprouts do I leave them in cold water in the saucepan overnight or in a plastic bag in fridge?? ... Potatoes, Parsnips, Sprouts, Carrots, Swede, Cabbage, Broc and Coli and i put them all in pans of cold water. I do this late at night before i go to bed and they are absolutely fine in the morning.
