How do I stop my pan from burning oil?

Online Answer
Try cooking at a lower temperature. Put your oil in the pan, put the pan on the heat and let it heat up for a bit and then put the food in once it's hot enough that the food will sizzle when its added to the pan. How about Ghee? I generally avoid using vegetable oils.
